Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance on design and installation with MH&W’s CRP’s (Certified Regional Partner) and existing OEM accounts on Nanotech nanocrystalline products.
• Train new and existing CRPs on Nanotech testing.
• Provide Nanotech on-site testing services with CRP’s, OEM’s, others.
• Create Nanotech test reports and datasheets.
• Support sales with developing new CRP and OEM accounts.
• Obtain and maintain technical knowledge of filter products.
• Assist engineering with technical papers and sales / marketing material.

Qualifications :

• Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Apps and Adobe Acrobat.
• Comfortable speaking in front of small gatherings.
• Proven ability to multi-task and work collaboratively as well as independently in a remote office.
• Ability to travel domestically.
• Demonstrated ability to learn.
• Proficient with test equipment operation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Professional customer service skills.
• Electrician training or education and experience with electric motors a plus.
